What You'll Do- Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm, hightrust environment
- Conduct personalized, oneonone consultations to uncover each customers pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals
- Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness
- Educate customers on the longterm benefits of proper support and how our products can change their daily life
- Guide customers through a consultative sales process that leads to confident, informed purchasing decisions
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store environment
- Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, highperformance sales culture
Qualifications- Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to assist customers with fittings.
- Weekend and evening availability. Retail hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 11 AM-5 PM.
