Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience with bankruptcy matters representing creditors
• Highly complex Chapter 11 business reorganizations
• Support senior attorneys in managing case files and conducting legal research
• Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, financial disclosures, motions, and other court documents
• Admitted in CA
