What You’ll Lead
- A blended team of about 14 engineers (7 full-time employees and 7 contractors) with room to shape, coach, and grow the group
- Ownership of delivery outcomes, with true end-to-end accountability for results
- Engineering excellence across quality, performance, security, operations, and delivery
- A culture centered around autonomy with accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
- Cross-functional impact alongside Product, Architecture, and Business leaders

This role is intentionally scoped and positioned to grow in the next few years for the right leader. You’ll be given increasing ownership, visibility, and responsibility as you demonstrate impact.
Compensation and Benefits :
The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.
