The City of Conway is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Right of Way Operator II. This position performs semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation of motorized equipment in the performance of a variety of maintenance and construction activities of city streets, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, rights-of-way and other areas; does related work as required. This position requires being able to work in all types of weather conditions. Work is performed under the regular supervision of the Crew Leader, Supervisor, Deputy Director and Director of Public Works and Stormwater.

Minimum Experience and Training : Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school with five (5) years of related work experience in operation of motorized equipment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides that required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements or obtain within one year of employment. Entry level pay for this position is $42,579.00.
