[job_card.job_description]Oversee hiring training supervising and motivating the property staff Manage the communitys revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met Maintain accurate resident records post all rent depositsfees and all A / P functions Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure the residents requests have been completed Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail High School Diploma or equivalent college degree is a plus Valid Drivers license is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Lease-up experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) Industry software experience (YARDI OnSite etc.) Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends Legal authorization to work in the United States

We are looking for a Property Manager with experience who can guide a team to ensure the community is running smoothly.
