Position Title : Technology – Private Investment Funds Mid-Level Associate

Salary Range : $225,000 - $435,000

About the Opportunity

Seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Private Investment Funds group.

Candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with specific experience representing domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds in structuring, formation and operation, as well as in various transactions such as financings, acquisitions and formation of alternative investment structures.

Items Needed to Apply : Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
