We are looking for a business focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter. We're not just filling roles; we're building the future of Agero. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and help them build their world-class teams.

• Take pride in providing a positive and respectful experience for every candidate.
• Set our interview teams up for success with the right tools and support to make confident hiring decisions.
• Utilize GreenHouse (ATS) to build out assessment scorecards and manage the hiring process.
• Bring it all together by successfully closing offers and welcoming new hires to Agero.

Experience, skills and abilities :

Hiring in : Medford, MA - this role requires the ability to be on-site once per week (preferably on Wednesdays).

National Pay Range $92,000 - $130,000 USD
