We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality investment reports to institutional clients, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the firms commitment to transparency and client service. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Location(s) : Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities

Generate and distribute periodic and ad hoc investment reports using Vermilion, FactSet, and internal systems.

Reconcile portfolio data, including performance, holdings, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with internal teams (portfolio management, accounting, performance, distribution, compliance) to gather and validate reporting inputs.

Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to meet evolving client needs.

Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Assist in onboarding new clients and configuring systems to align with reporting specifications.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data.
