Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an elementary school setting in Kerman, CA. This contract position runs from January 12, 2026, through June 4, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to a second-grade male student exhibiting physically aggressive behaviors such as hair pulling, slapping, and kicking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to address and reduce aggressive behaviors.
• Monitor and document behaviors, responses, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, behavior specialists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavioral strategies.
• Maintain a safe environment for the student and peers, applying appropriate de-escalation techniques.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing assessment and adjustment of intervention plans.
