What You'll OwnThis is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on growth, relationships, and results.
Prospecting & Business Development- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Analyze fleet needs and uncover operational gaps
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, in-person visits, and targeted outreach
- Create momentum through disciplined follow-up
Product & Solution Expertise- Develop deep knowledge of International truck and/or IC Bus products (new & pre-owned)
- Align specifications, financing options, and lifecycle value with customer applications
- Present full-spectrum solutions including vehicles and associated services
Consultative Selling & Customer Development- Ask strategic questions to uncover operational and financial needs
- Deliver tailored recommendations that improve customer profitability
- Build long-term partnerships with owner-operators, small businesses, and commercial fleets
- Maintain consistent post-sale follow-up to drive retention and repeat business
Proposal Development & Closing- Create accurate, customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidently address objections and negotiate win-win outcomes
- Close deals with professionalism and precision
Performance & Reporting- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
- Analyze results and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Stay accountable to measurable performance goals

Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, technical, or related field preferred
- Vocational or technical training considered a plus
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Medium/heavy-duty truck, bus, or automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Dealership experience, trade-in processes, or used vehicle evaluations beneficial
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools preferred
- Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred
