Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Associate ready to drive new business growth in a designated territory. If you enjoy prospecting, closing complex contracts, and cultivating long-term partnerships with business clients, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities Include :
Identify and qualify leads in your territory through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.Perform on-site assessments and deliver presentations for our uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.Create customized proposals and finalize multi-year service agreements.Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and activities.Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with our service and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. What We Are Looking For :
0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services is preferred).A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling a full sales cycle.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.Eager to receive coaching and feedback.Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
