Credentialing Specialist

Delta-T Group is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our growing corporate team in Bryn Mawr.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Processes and tracks clearances (state child abuse clearance, state criminal history, FBI, etc.) to ensure accuracy of all credentialing and independent contractors being referred in the healthcare and education fields.
* Prioritizes and organizes the new independent contractors' files and verifies all required documentation to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
* Provide communication to internal employees and affiliate offices via emails or phone calls to ensure a positive processing experience.

REQUIREMENTS
* High School diploma and relevant work experience.
* Experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
* Proficient computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Solid communication skills.
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
Excellent base pay depending on experience, as well as commission.
