We're now hiring shift leaders for This website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems. Jersey Mike’s restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee. ; we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. Responsibilities :

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Training and motivating team members
  • Cashier monitoring - managing cash
  • Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications :

  • Have excellent communication skills, management / leadership and organizational skills
  • Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
  • Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
  • Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
  • Age requirement : 18 years of age or older
