Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Assembler to join their client's dynamic team in Irvine, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity for overtime and is perfect for an experienced soldering candidate eager to contribute to a thriving company. This role requires an eye for detail and precision, ensuring high-quality assembly in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

The Assembler will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Perform soldering tasks accurately and efficiently as per job requirements.
• Use measuring tools such as network analyzers, calipers, multi-meters, pin-gauges, and micrometers to ensure precision in assembly.
• Assemble products following work instructions, verbal directions, supplied blueprints, and / or internal assembly procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and wiring diagrams to complete assembly tasks.
• Wear appropriate safety gear, including steel toe boots, while performing assembly duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.

Qualifications

Required Work Hours

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with a shift from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available.

Additional Details

The minimum pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. Candidates who meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team are encouraged to apply immediately.
