Carelinks ABA invites passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you'll provide exceptional, individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental conditions. Therapy is delivered mainly in-home and in the community, with flexible hybrid work options available.

Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing skill assessments to guide interventions.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform necessary treatment adjustments.
  • Document session notes, supervision logs, and progress reports promptly and accurately using Central Reach and other company-supported tools.
  • Supervise, train, and provide continual feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Share ongoing resources to enhance clinical staff competencies and application of methodologies.
  • Engage in clinical team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Facilitate training for caregivers and collaborate with schools or other service providers when necessary.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality clinical talent.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, payer regulations, ethical standards, and internal clinical standards.
  • For full-time BCBAs, maintain a minimum of 25 direct billable hours per week to ensure consistent client engagement and service delivery in line with company standards.

Strategic & Operational Impact

  • Work alongside senior leadership to propel regional growth, clinical strategy, and program expansion.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, compliance, and finance teams to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving client satisfaction, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • What You'll Need :

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (preferably Central Reach).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service region.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience providing in-home ABA services.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) is advantageous.
