• Call : 2 weekends per month
• Volume : 25 patients per day
• Patients : Adults, newborn and up, trauma, outpatient, neonate limited

• Group : 2 MA's, 3 General Otolaryngology
• Hospital : 233-bed regional referral, level III trauma center, 5 ORs
• Requirements : Board certified with Indiana license
