Compensation : $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus, benefits, and a commission incentive tied to signed client contracts.

Position Summary
The Client Development Associate supports business growth by identifying, engaging, and developing new client relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on lead generation, prospect outreach, proposal development, and supporting the transition of new programs into operations.
Incentive & Commission Structure
In addition to base pay, the Client Development Associate is eligible to earn commission based on successfully executed client agreements. Commission is earned on new business contracts that are signed and activated, in accordance with the company’s commission plan and guidelines. Specific commission rates and eligibility criteria will be provided upon hire and are subject to change based on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the Client Development Manager.
Identify and develop new leads and potential customers within an assigned territory.
Meet clients face-to-face to present services, explain value, and support purchasing decisions.
Engage prospects through active listening and needs assessment to provide solution-based responses.
Collect and submit information needed to develop pricing and scopes of service for proposals.
Plan and conduct initial prospect calls, follow up on warm leads, and assist with transitioning closed leads.
Use CRM software to log activities, maintain client data, and report sales progress.
Input data received from municipalities, school districts, and agencies into company databases.
Research online resources to identify decision makers for School Crossing Guard programs.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Generate marketing letters using database information and ACMS templates.
Send email marketing communications using ACMS-approved templates.
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with thorough and timely submissions.
Attend industry conventions and expos; exhibitor booth participation may require travel.

Work Environment
Primarily operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier).
Requires travel within an assigned geographic region for client meetings.
