Pediatrician - Newport & Covington, Kentucky

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our growing care team serving the families of Newport and Covington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric care with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term incentives.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Compensation : $280,000 annually (includes base, production, and quality bonuses)

Production Bonus : $40 per encounter starting at 321 encounters per month

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)

Retention Bonus : $8,000 after 2 & 3 years; $8,500 after 5 & 7 years; $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

Relocation Reimbursement : Up to $3,000

Loan Repayment : NHSC eligibility

Schedule & Workload

Hours : 36 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Monday : 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 40 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM

Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM

Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 50 PM

Lunch Break : 30 minutes daily

Production Requirements : 24-30 visits per day

Call Rotation : Backup call only, typically 1 in 5 weeks
