As a quality leader, you manage and coordinate all activities concerning Homeowner Service. You will meet with Homeowner Service Managers regularly to review status of various community issues, difficult situations and / or problems, staffing, subcontractor issues, etc. Oversee warranty arbitration claims and attend hearings and arbitrations as needed with the support of Homeowner Service, Construction and other Managers and staff. Monitor Closing / New Home Presentation schedules in coordination with Legal, Construction and Homeowner Service Departments. Oversee operation of homeowner service computer tracking and reporting system. Monitor subcontractor performance and address problems, inadequate or untimely response as required. Bachelor's degree with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred along with 10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
