• Research & analyse companies
• Create investment rationales
• Build valuation models
• Make stock recommendations for the Japan equity portfolios

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum 5+years of experience in either buy or sell side of equites research
• Fluency in English & Japanese
• CFA charterholder or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Background experience in Technology sector research is preferable

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:
Working from home is welcomed unless it significantly impacts work performance.

Ranges based on seasonality.

Salary:

• Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
• Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

• Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• (Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
