About Us : Are you a skilled pipefitting professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our Pipefitting course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades.

Position : Pipefitting Instructor

What Youll Do :

  • Lead students through the basics of industrial pipefitting, safety, and system installation
  • Facilitate lab-based learning with hands-on applications
  • Inspire students with your career stories and industry insight

What Were Looking For :

  • 3+ years of pipefitting experience in mechanical or industrial settings
  • Organized, patient, and capable of fostering a growth mindset in learners
  • Comfortable using or learning simple classroom tools and training aids
  • Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for beginners
  • Passion for developing talent and giving back to the trade
