Responsibilities of the Credit & Collections Legal Coordinator

Manage overdue balances and collections processes for customer accounts

Analyze and review delinquent accounts to develop effective strategies for debt recovery.

Work with outside legal agencies to provide documentation for accounts.

Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and communicate findings to management.

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the collections process and minimize risk.

What the company needs in a Credit & Collections Legal Coordinator

1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, working in a legal field, or an administrative background.

Previous Excel usage is a plus!

Strong communication and customer service skills
