Administrative Project Coordinator

In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to :

  • Be a motivated team player that can work independently as needed, ensuring execution of timely and high-quality work products
  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Assist with the development of documents and providing information and support for project reviews as it pertains to the various phases of the project lifecycle in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and independently to problem solve
  • Demonstrate an employee-ownership spirit with providing solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Assist in the preparation, updating and organization of contracts and sub-contracts
  • Work closely with Project Managers and project teams across multiple sectors (Power, Waste, Industrial markets)
  • Build relationships with peers across other business groups to foster best practices for the team
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations as needed
  • Assist in the process of ordering and monitoring insurance certificates and other contractual documents, as needed
  • Exhibit professionalism with internal and external clients
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The expected compensation range for this position is $24.84 - $35.49 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
