Prior hospice operational experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements to Thrive in This Role
- Bachelor's degree and / or relevant leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- Familiarity with state regulations and program requirements
