Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing general accounting operations, supporting the month-end close process, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and management reporting. Responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing timely month-end reports. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency with financial systems. This role is essential to developing and maintaining efficient processes that ensure the timely and accurate production of financial statements and reports. The ideal candidate will also have experience mentoring and collaborating with junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
This position is part of the Finance team based in Loveland, Colorado, and will be hybrid.

US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD per year.
