Data Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to oversee data engineering projects and teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the enterprise data management roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress

Oversee data engineering applications to achieve business goals and ensure high data quality and performance

Build and lead a data engineering team, guiding them through complex issues and fostering an innovative culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Ten years of experience in developing and deploying scalable enterprise data integration solutions

At least five years of experience overseeing project deliverables within a data engineering function

Prior experience with Agile / Scrum methodology

Experience in a cloud-based data environment (AWS, Snowflake) preferred
