CGP : SR. Project Accountant

Century Group is partnering with our client in Orange County for a fantastic opportunity! A fast-paced and growing company is seeking its next Senior Project Accountant for either a temp-to-hire or direct hire opportunity. This role is hybrid, requiring two days onsite in either Los Angeles or Orange County.

Job Responsibilities :

• Review project contracts for financial details to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Set up projects in the accounting system, collaborating with Project Managers and Senior Leaders to establish budgets and fee structures.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract paperwork, including invoices, aging accounts receivable, change orders, and vendor / subcontractor documents.
• Monitor project financials throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company accounting standards.
• Track and update specified logs related to project performance, financial transactions, and reporting.
