ACKS66966 – Enterprise Risk Manager – Wichita, KS
Our client is a regional bank that is seeking to add an Enterprise Risk Manager to their location in Wichita, Kansas. This individual will work directly with the Chief Risk Officer. They will facilitate the complete life cycle of the ERM process with a focus on integrating risk management into the bank’s strategies, budget, and operational processes. They will work with risk on vendor and contract management as well as each department manager and business line. Developing policy, procedures and controls will be essential part of their position. They will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They will be interfacing with department managers and they will be assist in the preparing and writing up reports for Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of banking operations, risk management, project management, analytics, audit or a related role.
