A company is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of utility and consumer programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide email support for program applicants and participants
Manage a trouble ticket queue and provide support to utility program staff
Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and provide reporting on support activities
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer support and / or process management role
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a plus
An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing the company
