Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage Stripe-billed customers across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution

Ensure accurate billing by verifying documentation and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Serve as a point of contact for customer billing inquiries and contribute to month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment

Proven ability to resolve billing issues and streamline receivables processes

Willingness to work a night shift schedule aligned with PST / PDT business hours

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
