CNC Operator / Machinist

CNC Machinist / Operator 2nd Shift – Manchester, PA The Opportunity Our client is a manufacturer of precision-machined components and assemblies for various industries, including aerospace, defense, and medical. They have hired us to seek out a CNC Machinist / Operator for their Manchester, PA location. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for producing machined parts through programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will have experience : Programming and operating mills and / or lathes using Esprit CAD / CAM software or G / M-code programming Setting up machines by selecting, installing, and adjusting work-holding tools, fixtures, and attachments Maintaining specifications through cycle monitoring, measurements, troubleshooting, and quality adherence Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring equipment cleanliness and operational efficiency Qualifications include : Minimum 5 years of CNC Vertical / Horizontal Mill and / or Lathe operation experience High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Experience with Esprit CAD / CAM software and G-code / M-code programming Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision The preceding is just a brief overview – contact us to find out more!
