Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor and control inventory, manage supply orders, and maintain cost control measures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including daily sales, expenses, and payroll.
