  • Position : Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Location : Denver, CO
  • Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday
  • Type : Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

About the Facility :

Join a respected skilled nursing facility in Denver, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Estimated Rate Range : $40 - 50 / hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
  • Full Benefits May Include : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Continuing education support

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current CO License (or eligible to obtain)
  • New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
  • Strong communication and time management skills
