Day shift from 6:45 AM to 6:15 PM, guaranteed 36 hours per week (3x12).

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate should have experience with mother and baby care and be proficient in postpartum and vaginal examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage complications as required.
• Ensure thorough documentation in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN License.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Basic/AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.
• Experience with COVID patients is required.
• Previous mother and baby experience, postpartum and vaginal examination experience is a plus.
