• $6,000 - $12,000 a month

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer service is a top priority
• 100% interface with customers
• Field incoming phone calls from customers
• Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end
• Must be a quick learner
• Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment
• Quality minded individual
• Ability to work well with others

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• 1-2 years minimum of automotive service writing experience (preferred)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Organizational and time management skills
• Tekion (DMS) experience a plus

** Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Torrance, CA 90503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
