About the Role
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Materials Associate to join our dynamic team and support freight scheduling, inventory tracking, receiving, and related logistics activities. This is a great opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our fast-paced distribution environment.
What You'll Do
You'll provide key administrative and clerical support to our distribution team, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent coordination across logistics functions. Your responsibilities will include :
Schedule inbound / outbound freight shipments
Enter and verify receiving transactions
Prepare Bills of Lading and export paperwork
Maintain ISO 9001 documentation
What We're Looking For
Associate's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and barcode technology
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
