Role Summary
Salem Podcast Network, a division of Salem Media, offers an exceptional opportunity for a Junior Program Director / Production Coordinator. This role turns a creative team into a machine. You’ll keep schedules, assets, deadlines, and handoffs running smoothly across multiple shows—so producers and editors can focus on quality, not logistics. If you love systems, checklists, and making chaos feel organized, you’ll crush this.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Own
- Recording calendars and production schedules across shows
- Traffic management : ensuring footage / audio / assets move from capture → post → social on time
- Creating and distributing clip briefs, deadlines, and checklists to the offshore team
- Asset organization (drive hygiene, naming conventions, deliverables tracking)
- Status updates and follow-ups so nothing gets stuck
- Documentation : workflows, SOPs, and standard forms / templates

Requirements
2+ years in project coordination, production coordination, or ops support (media preferred)Extremely organized and deadline-drivenComfortable working with creative teams and tracking multiple moving partsStrong communication and follow-throughNice to Have

Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 Annually
