About The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to join the Strategic Projects team within Uber's Paid Marketing organization. This role will focus on leading planning and operational initiatives that help us execute against high-priority strategic goals.
You'll be responsible for building structured plans with clear milestones, optimizing existing processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring we deliver on key initiatives. While this role is deeply embedded in Paid Marketing, it does not involve direct channel management - instead, it focuses on program-level strategy, planning, and execution.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD 135,000 per year – USD 150,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award and other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
