Hybrid position - Associate will be going into the Miami Office at least 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciles banking activity and prepares entries for accounting.
• Runs daily loan funding and uploads to the various warehouse banks.
• Obtains investors' purchase advises and identify investors' funds received for processing.
• Verifies appropriate approval on check stops, voids and re-issuances. Enters check stops and voids and verifies before accounts payable re-issues checks.
• Identifies return wires and processes loans cancellations.
• Monitors loans aging in warehouse banks and repurchases loans as needed.
• Generates bank reports for report preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Accounting & Finance Experience Required
• Word & Excel Experience Required
