[job_card.job_description]B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in C# and / or C++, with experience in multithreading and performance optimization. Working knowledge of algorithm design and implementation, with attention to performance and scalability Experience in web development (front-end and back-end) Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Confluence Background in imaging systems, X-ray, or related domains. Experience with cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices. Comfortable supporting software deployed in field environment. light work that will occasionally require employee to lift / move up to 20 lbs. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving heavy equipment and / or supplies occasionally, typically 20 lbs. Reaching above the shoulder occasionally. Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools occasionally. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities rarely. Description
- Develop and maintain software components for image acquisition, motion control, diagnostics, and user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, AI, and customer support to deliver reliable, field-ready systems.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting deployed systems, including remote diagnostics.
- Provide on-site support as required, up to approximately 30% of working time.
- Contribute to software testing activities on the in-house system to validate functionality and performance.
