What You’ll Own

• Lead and inspire a team of Quality Control Technicians — coaching, mentoring, and elevating performance through hands-on leadership.You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.

• Drive lab operations — manage people, processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while overseeing testing and maintenance of the lab equipment

• Enforce food safety standards — including GMPs, FDA nutritional labeling, and regulatory requirements.

• Solve problems fast — spot quality issues early, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across QA, R&D, and production.

• Elevate quality & performance — use trend analysis to recommend improvements that reduce costs, increase consistency, and boost product excellence.

• Use data to lead — manage quality metrics that support smarter, faster decision-making.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of QC experience in a food processing environment.

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Certifications like HACCP or PCQI a plus.

• Training or experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.

• Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical chops.
