Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time Elementary (K5)

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our partner districts elementary team serving students in grades K5. This full-time school-based position focuses on supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs in a structured inclusive learning environment.

As the RBT you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and provide both one-on-one and small-group support to students across academic and behavioral settings. Youll be responsible for collecting and tracking behavioral data to monitor student progress and assist in refining intervention strategies. A key part of your work will involve helping students build communication social and self-regulation skills that foster independence and success in the classroom. Collaboration is central to this positionyoull partner with teachers paraprofessionals and other school staff to ensure consistent positive behavior supports are in place. Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students and families is essential.

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma and possess an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred along with a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative school-based environment.
