Active Oregon Physical Therapist Licensed Required

AHA / ARC - CPR / BLS Card Required

Covid Vaccine Card

Will accept a sooner start date : Yes

Will accept PTA : NO

Outpatient Experience is preferred.

Will accept New Grads? NO

Will accept First Time Travelers? YES

Float to other clinics : YES

Patient Population :

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Overtime must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
