The VTC & Mobile Device Technician is responsible for supporting high-level communications systems, including conference room VTC setups for flag officers, operational staff, and command mission requirements. Duties include endpoint configuration, daily system checks, troubleshooting connectivity, scheduling events, and maintaining documentation.

The technician also manages mobile device provisioning, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting in alignment with government mobility management policies.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Cisco or comparable VTC systems.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, M365, and network configuration.
• Experience supporting senior leadership communications or command-center environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot real-time VTC issues under time-sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
