Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana CNA Certification Required

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, meals, and mobility

Deliver respectful, resident-centered care that promotes independence

Monitor changes in resident condition and report updates to nursing staff

Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow caregivers to follow individualized care plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)

CPR certification preferred

Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus (training available)

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
