Job Title: Front End Developer - Angular

Largest American electric vehicle and clean energy company is looking for a Front End Developer to join their Enterprise Business Applications team.

ROLE
Frontend web services play an integral role in our client's highest profile initiatives. These services can cover everything from training Autopilot’s artificial intelligence, empowering our global Gigafactory network, building UIs for our renewable energy products, and much more. The importance of frontend systems is limitless, and your work will be applied to solving tangible, real-world problems. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate the push for developing core back office systems to manage the company’s business flows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engineer frontend JavaScript platforms using modern frontend technology (Angular2+, React or equivalent), modern state management framework (Redux, NgRx or equivalent), ag-grid, Material-UI (or similar UI framework), NPM, and more.
• Build scalable, performant, maintainable, and well-tested features for Tesla core operations
• Modern JavaScript tools such as ESLint, Mocha, Jasmine, Babel, Webpack
• Obsess over delivering beautiful, intuitive, and power applications for both internal and external users
• Work cross functionally with everything from operation managers and coordinators

REQUIREMENTS

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Angular 10+ or React (Angular preferred)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and HTML.
• Modern JavaScript tools
• Strong UI and graphic design sensibilities
• Experience building backend services is a plus
