Responsibilities for Event Support Specialist include but are not limited to :

• Manage staffing timelines and deliverables, ensuring nothing is missed and all deadlines are met.
• Support staffing leads by building and maintaining data inside the RainFocus platform (event staffing tool).
• Perform staffing audits and generate accurate reports to ensure employee compliance.
• Track and update key staffing metrics according to Employee Engagement KPIs.
• Provide on-site event staffing support when required during major events.
