Key Responsibilities
Design, integrate, and optimize marketing technology systems (CRM, automation, analytics)
Develop real-time performance dashboards and maintain data accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product to align data and process flows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing Technology
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or RevOps
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL / MySQL)
Experience developing automation scripts, bots, or process integrations
Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing performance frameworks
