Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of recent MRI experience and ARRT and BLS certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Evening shifts from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM, Monday through Friday

No holiday, weekend, or on-call requirements

Position based in a hospital MRI department

Involves operating advanced MRI equipment and administering contrast materials

Uses Siemens MRI technology and equipment

Adult patient population

Duties include preparing the scan room, patient preparation, and proper positioning for imaging

Responsible for administering oral and IV contrast as indicated and screening for contraindications

Handle documentation, assure image orientation, and maintain records for radiologist

Scrubs or professional attire required

No local candidates allowed per 50-mile radius rule

A maximum of 5 days of requested time off is permitted

First-time travelers may be considered

Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience

Current ARRT and BLS (AHA) certifications required

Proficiency with Siemens MRI systems is required

Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

License required if applicable
