As the PM Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring / staffing, scheduling, and performance management / evaluations.
Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What you will be doing :
- Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed
- Supervise all PM Snow Makers
- Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down
- Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation
- Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
